When you touch the search button, what happens on your droid? Mine does nothing that I have found. What instances does it actually start searching? Wondering if this is normal or if my phone is faulty?
I am referring to the search button on the bottom right hand side of the phone.

It's supposed to be an all around search button for everything. I.E., on the homescreen? Press search and it starts a Google Search. In the market? Press the search button to search the Android market for whatever you want.
If it's not functioning, take it back, show a Verizon rep and get a new one.

If you use 'pls' because it's shorter than 'please', then I'm going to say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes.'

Thanks. It is definately not working. It does nothing and doesn't even give the feedback like on the other keys (home, back, menu).
I guess I will be driving back out there tomorrow.
