Have always had great service until about 2 weeks ago and now have hardly any good reception. Not on just my phone but on al least four others that I know of right now. Never a problem when was at Altell. So what is going on. It keeps searching all the time. Always used it at inside work and inside home but now how to go outside to even get one bar. One person even weny and got new phone and still does the same.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You are still using the same alltel towers however your prl position on the tower may have changed. To fix this you need to call and ask for tech support, cust serv can help but tech support can help way better. Check your prl version on all phones.
