Due to a change of text in the recent forum upgrade, it appears there has been a misconception as to what the “Flag for a Moderator” link is for. This is to be used solely for reporting violations of the Verizon Community Terms of Service or to report a post or thread that is located in the wrong board that needs to be moved. It is not to be used to get personal help with accounts, services or product issues. Please allow your peers time to respond to your issue on the Verizon Community forums.
