Verizon Idea Exchange is the place where you can share ideas and suggestions with other customers as well as with Verizon. It has been very well received by our customer community with 467 total Ideas posted and 783 total comments to date. You have also been actively voting and have cast 1831 total votes across a variety of ideas.
The majority of Ideas have been related to our FiOS offering, with FiOS TV as the most popular overall category with 216 Ideas.
The top voted ideas are Soccer (add Fox Soccer Channel), Add an option to hide channels that I don't subscribe to, and HD Programming or Channel Vote Board (note: you can click on these links and go right to the idea to vote or comment yourself). Just so you know, we are tracking specific channel suggestions, votes, and sharing them with the FiOS product managers.
