Every time we login to our community forums, we are impressed with all the knowledge and excitement our community has for FiOS. Whether it’s getting the most out of your new FiOS TV or optimizing your home Internet connection, this community has really taken the time to integrate their home entertainment into their digital lifestyles.

This month bethanycarol learned how to download Netflix movies to her television, and somegirl helped troubleshoot a member’s FiOS/Yahoo email problems.

MiMeQu helped the community sort through the MLS Direct Kick Soccer package ordering process so we wouldn’t miss a game.
And when drjochen had trouble accessing his webcam outside his home network, viafax999, jackwong , jumpin68ny and dslr595148 all jumped in to help him out.
Earlier this month, rebeccayhb’s internet mysteriously started going out every time her landline rang, so she turned to the community for help. Hubrisnxs, sgip2000, Bob_Robertson and Justin all jumped online to help her troubleshoot and solve the issue.
Finally, the Exploiting FiOS TV Favorites is a post worth taking another look at. In this valuable thread the community came together to discuss how to use the “Favorites” function of the Interactive Media Guide. In the post, TimSykes even pointed out that you can manage all your favorites online by going to Fios TV Central.
