So last night around 11 in a desarate half asleep attempot to reset my password to get into my verizon account, Lo and behold I wa sable to reset my password and log in to email as well. No apologies, no notifcations, NOTHING. Five solid days with no email. I wonder if Frontier will make a difference... I am 30 years with telephone service and have had Bell Atlantic/Verizon internet from the beginning. This is the way they show us that they "appreciate our business."
