Are you wired or wireless?

Im wired and they came out the other day to run the ethernet cable from the ont unit to the router because they said the coax cable cant handle those speeds

Are you testing at http://speedtest.verizon.com/fios300/
Have you run fios OPtimizer telling it you have speeds greater than 100?

we were testing it on the verizon tech lap top and his was still falling short of the upload speed and yes tested it on there website

we would really need to see the analysis at the http://speedtest.verizon.net/fios300 website
can you do the test and post the analysis here?
Coax won't handle over 100 so they were right to switch you to ethernet, you should also have the newer router with the red band. And possibly a new ONT, do you know what model ont is at your house?
You also need on your PC's Gigabit Ethernet adapters and wireless N adapters to take full advantage of the speeds

I just ordered a gigabyte card for my lap top have the router with the red band around it my ont unit is about three years old dont know what model. I know my lap top wont get the full speeds until I get the gigabyte card thats why he was testing it on is lap top the other day. I will post my speed resultes when I get the card.
