I have been happy with Verizon until the last couple of weeks. My 75/75 fios is now only delivering 2.3mbps download speeds. on the last visit the tech replaced everything but the wiring from the street to my computer. still the speeds are only 2mbps. This will be the fourth trouble ticket in 1.5 weeks. Upload speeds are always at 80mbps, great bout I am now a web server. I need the down load speed to be close to the upload speed.

I appear to be having the same issue as many of you, however my upload speeds seem to be unaffected. For the past 2 weeks now, my download speeds have been slow (6mb-12mbps) when I should be getting around 75/75. My upload, however, seems to be unaffected. The issue begins around 7 PM and everything is back to normal for me by 11:05PM~.

Slow download speeds consistently in the evening are often related to that being prime time. People stream a lot more at night and streamings account for more 70% of all internet traffic (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube etc etc). All you can do is keep calling, asking for a Supervisor. Bottom line when a node gets over saturated FIOS needs to upgrade or add to their network.

Then Verizon should have been fix the known Network problem!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you testing from Wireless? Or is this at all times of the day?
