We shall see. See how hard it is to get a STB upgrade. Installed 2005, so my ares is not GPON, and if it were, it would be over subscribed by 2015.![]()
What I have works, but looking at other countries we just seem behind. We started it all. No wonder my router gets a million dropped packets a day from APNIC. Perhaps not a million, but you get my point.

Still ahead of what most people have around here!
I would love Gigabit though. I can turn my home into the birthplace of Skynet for when Judgement day arrives witht he amount of computers I can drive with such a connection.
