I have many people telling me it does and want to make sure before I get it. Now I have the 150/35 for home and I do get about 75 up and the full 150 down.

Can you tell me the router your using to get above the 100meg limit ? Is it using a gigabit upload port or is verizon just using full duplex for 100 megabit
I was thinking of going to this service just didnt see a router that was more tha 100mbs

Regarding the router, the latest version of MI-424WR has gigabit ethernet as well as 802.11n wireless. If you subcribe to the top tier Verizon Service, you will be provided with the latest version of the Actionec router with gigabit ethernet and 802.11n wireless.
In fact by subcribing to the 150/35 is about the only way you are going to get a router with gigabit ethernet an 802.11n wireless from Verizon at least for now.

AFAIK, VZ does not offer a 150/150 service. 150/75 is typical for the "150/35" offering.

The 150Mbps package runs at about 150Mbps/75Mbps as typically noted by those who have it. So far I've only seen one report of someone actually clocking 152Mbps upstream on the 150Mbps package. If the upload were actually that high, that'd be amazing. 150M/150M is a pipe dream even for those who want Gigabit, to be honest (As after all, you can have Gigabit, but if your upload blows, it's game over). That's only comparing to the current connections that exist everywhere: Top-heavy, non-Fiber based connections that are getting dated in speeds.
