Hi,
I have a problem accessing a website, which is a newspaper website in Taiwan. The technician of the website told me it's because my ISP, which is Verizon, has been directing the DNS request appledaily.com.tw to search.dnsassist.verizon.net
I am wondering if anyone in Verizon could help me to solve the problem so that I can revisit the website?
(I'm also curious about the reason of the direction to the Verizon search page. Is Verizon trying to block the website?)
Thanks.

Hello Elocin,
This community is meant mainly for peer-to-peer support. If you need to talk to a Verizon representative, you should contact customer service directly.
