Cannot get ahold of ANYONE

I just signed up for service, and I have been trying for 3 days to get a hold of someone to get my service activated, but I can't seem to get anyone on the phone no matter the time of day... hour plus waiting times...?!

I would like to start my service, but apparently, I should just cancel it immediately and goto cable!

I don't have an account number yet since i just moved...
