That could have been a technical issue with the service. What was your issue and perhaps someone can offer advice.

I also got the same problem.
I mostly answered the same as yours except the #3. I gave them 1. I tried to submit it but it did not go through. However, when I changed the answer of Question 1 to YES, it went through!
Just wonder how Verizon is gonna improve their services if they refused the bad rating.
