My order that I placed for verizon fios internet TV is still pending and I am not getting internet speeds that i purchased. I dont mind waiting for the service to be fixed however i cannot tolerate the irresponsible and rude customer service i go through when calling verizon fios customer service and technical support.I am also looking to make an official complaint about verizon customer service through New York consumer affairs. The worst customer service experience i ever had with any company.
