DVR BOX

I understand that there are new DVR box's that we can switch to. The have a larger drive to store more. I was told there are none available for long term loyal customers and we have to go on a waiting list to get these new black boxes.

So after referring someone in my area to go with Fios and they get the new boxes, how long will a  long term loyal customer have to wait or how to get on a waiting list??

After getting on the list, most people are getting the sign up link 3-5 days later, and then its over night shipping usually. Sign in at www.Verizon.com/fiostvcentral - click on tv - my stb - and on that page, you'll see an ad on the right about "getting more out of your dvr".
