Dowload and upload speeds

I have Fios Internet 75/35 but can only achieve 6/12 via my wirless connection.   I have N+ wireless cards in my computer but also experiencing lag on my PS3.   Any suggestions

Welcome to the forum, try logging into the router http://192.168.1.1/  - Wireless settings - Advanced Security Settings- 802.11 .... mode and set this to Performance mode. Then apply and logout. IF this does not help you could have an interference source. Please let us know.

Try changing the channels on the router as well. (1, 6, 11) If you want you can download a free program called inSSIDer which can let you see what others in your neighborhood are using so you can use the least congested.

What model and version router is it?  It's quite likely that it doesn't support wireless-N as for your speed tier the wired connection need only be 100mb and most of those routers were b/g.

That being said your speed would still be slow as you sgould be able to get up to 20 if your signal if good.
