I have created an email subaccount and want to setup web access for the owner of this account. When I try to register the owner on MyVerizon, I get a "you are already registered" response. I was expecting to be able to register the subaccount owner with his/her own credentials. What is the process to access email subaccounts by the assigned owner of the account?

When you created the sub account, you should have entered a username and a password. That is what the sub account user will need to log into the account.
