I'm only getting around 2.0Mbps down on a 25/25 plan in central VA, anyone else with the same problem? Online chat is overwhelmed so there must be a problem but Verizon down have a status page so I'm in the dark.

We apologize for the trouble here. What is your send buffer size and recieving window? Is it occuring on all computers hard wired or wireless?. Have you ran a traceroute? Please PM me if you still need assistance.
