Today the FIOS Bundle was installed. The FIOS Technician, Michael, was very professional and courteous. But there was installation trouble with my wireless hookup. After some trying, Michael recommended I contact Verizon on Monday to have another come out to work this issue. I called my neighbor over and we called Verizon Tech Support. We worked with KEVIN. Kevin was fantastic! The wireless was connected, we could work out but nothing was coming back in. It took some time (over an hour) but Kevin remoted in and worked everything he could think of, still unable to determine the problem, he contacted another and continued trying other solutions. Finally they found the problem and it was resolved. Don't ask me what the problem was (I don't understand computer technology, hence my neighbor's support), but I was told that it was something very unusual in the coding. Throughout the entire phone call Kevin was fantastic, professional, courteous, and thorough. Please pass on to Kevin my sincerest appreciation for his time and service. THANK YOU KEVIN! from both my neighbor and myself in remoting in and talking with us thru the entire problem to resolution and full satisfaction.
