I plan on updating my Verizon DSL service to Verizon FIOS for internet and phone service.  I want to keep my Directv service.  I've heard and read where the backup battery pack and new wireless router can interfere with my RF remote and Directv DVR's.  Doe's anyone have any info on this.

I've never heard of this. I ran with that setup for about 6 months last year and never had that issue.

The only interference Issue I have heard of is the Wireless router being on the same frequency as some cordless phones.
