Is there a webpage telling me if my area is out of service? I was using it fine yesterday morning but suddenly no connection, and the internet signal on my router changed from green light to orange light. I had tried restarted, re-set to default setting but still no connection.
What value would it provide?
My prior cable provider had that info online. The problem was that if my internet was out, I couldn't access the web to see if it was a system wide problem or just me. Every time I called tech support, while waiting for a rep, I would have to listen to a message telling me to check their homepage for outage info. Which I was unable to do.
