FIOS serious underperformance

Can someone help me?  I signed up for and have been paying for internet service with download/upload speeds up to 150Mbps/65Mbps but have NEVER been above 6 MBPS or so in both. Despite many attempts to get in contact with a Verizon rep who could help or send someone to have a look at the setup NOTHING has happened. Extremely frustrating...

Hi there,   the 150 service has some minimum requirements we hear.  So you have to have Ethernet plugged in from the service terminal (ONT) to your router.  You have to have the new Gen 3 Router (two antennas vs one) and you have to have Gigabit ethernet cards on your machines, and wireless N on your machines.   

After that is done, 

Make sure you are hardwired when testing

Make sure you test at http://speedtest.verizon.net
