I recently installed the family protection software on two of my home computers. It works just fine on the Mac desktop but does not work properly on the windows 7 64 bit laptop. I'm not sure what's wrong but it does not block any inappropriate content at all. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling without effect. The same filters are listed on the laptop as on the desktop on my administrator account so it is set up properly. Does anyone have any experience with this or know of a fix?
