We are in desperate need of FiOS. If you make FiOS availabile in our area, I will gladly give a testimony in an advertisment for Verizon about how your company rescued us from Cablevision and Optimum Online. It is extremely convincing to potential customers when real users speak in a commercial about genuine experiences.
To bring FiOS to new areas, Verizon has to run Fiber Optic lines. Considering the statements they've made about expansion, I doubt they're running new lines any time soon.
