Hello,
Just upgraded to a FiOS Quantum Gateway router.
My older router worked just fine with my Samsung Smart TV. My new Gateway router is not cooperating wiht the Samsung Smart TV. It connects than runs into an "IP" issue. All the other computers and Wi Fi devices (phones) are working and connecting with no issue. Just the Samsung smart TV with the new Gateway is not properly connecting.
Has anyone seen this problem?
Why would my old router work with the Samsung Smart TV, but the new Gateway router does not work any more? It does not make sense that Verizon would send me a new router that is no longer compatible with the TV when the old router works just fine.
Any guidance would help.

I have 3 Samsung TVs of various ages and the all work fine with my Quantum Gateway.
What model TV is having the issue?
Can you take another wireless device (tablet, laptop, phone, etc) and put it near the TV and still get wifi?
