I was wondering if anybody in the central PA / Harrisburg area is still having internet issues? I'm at work so I won't be able to check until tonight. Once I got to work this morning, I found out that folks in Enola, East Pennsboro, Camp Hill, Dover and New Cumberland all have spotty to no access.
Areas surrounding Harrisburg were without service from around 2am this morning. It appear to partially come back around 6am with a significant number of major sites still inaccessible. By about 8:30am, all appeared to have returned to normal for me.
The problem seemed to manifest itself about 2 or 3 hops out in the network which looks be either the uplink point from the Harrisburg area to wherever the next hop in the internet cloud for Verizon is, or the location where Verizon interchanges to other parts of the internet.
