Fios Internet Doesn't Work in the Mornings

This has been going on for about 3-4 days now. My internet and phone both are disfunctional before 9AM in the morning. Both my services start to work after or at about 9AM. I have called Verizon support and they weren't much help.

The internet works fine afterwards, no hitches at all, but before 9 there is just no service.

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, have you solved it, and how?

I would demand VZ send someone out.  Speak to a supervisor.  That is unacceptable.  It should be working 24/7.
