Hoping for the best!
Wow. Just got off a 30 minute call just to tell me that the technician won't show because engineering didn't do their job this week.
They didn't even bother to give me a call to tell me. I had to call them. The costumer rep told me that the engineers will give me a call when they've done their work and can schedule a install. That's what they've been telling me for over two weeks now.
Each week telling me that it'll been done by the end of the week. First week a engineer told me that it'll be up and running by the end of the week. Second week got a call telling me everything will be ready within Saturday, my install date.
Giving me the runaround for week nows. Really horrible experience so far.
