FiOS Internet

I was using my lap top and all of the sudden the internet stopped working. I turned to router off for a few seconds and tried to restart it but nothing. On my laptop it has an exclamation point. I've tried to use the network diagnostics but nothing is helping. I don't know how to fix it. Can you help?

If possible, could you tell us what Operating System your laptop runs? Need to see if the issue is due to FiOS being down, or if it is from the lack of Wireless/Wired connectiivty all together.

   Try your laptop in another wifi area (library, cafe, etc) and see if you can connect there. That rules out the problem

   is strictly FiOS related.
