Last night, all of a sudden, my wireless network disappeared and I haven't been able to get it back since.
Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to get my wireless connection back up?

If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet Service. You can also schedule a repair. Here is the link: http://www.verizon.com/repair
You can also find tools on the Verizon Residential Support page that may help you diagnose your issue: http://www22.verizon.com/residentialhelp

I am currently on a wired computer, and the internet is (obviously) working fine. I just am not sure how to set up my wireless again.

With a wired computer..
#1 Open your Web browser and enter http://192.168.1.1 in the Address field.
#2 Enter your user name and password and click Ok.
a) Enter the user name and password that were entered during the initial setup of your router.
b) If you didn't change your user name and password during setup, enter admin as the user name and password as the password.
c) Note: To improve security, your router password may have been changed to the router serial number if you haven't changed it after setup. The router serial number is included on the label affixed to the bottom of your router.
d) If you don't know the user name and password, you will need to reset the router to the Defaults.

#3 Click the Wireless Settings icon in the top toolbar.
#4 Click Basic Security Settings in the left navigation panel.
#3 Follow all of those directions on that page. Then click next.
#4 On the next page, they tell you how to setup WEP. Do it.
#5 On wireless computer(s), set them to use WEP.

The password, if you didn't change it, should be the SERIAL NUMBER of your router. They made a change a year or two ago to force the password to change from the default of "password".
Note also seriously consider using WPA2 rather than WEP. See http://www22.verizon.com/ResidentialHelp/FiOSInternet/Networking/Setup/Security/125521.htm for help
