My neighbors all have FiOS and they will not run service to the homes on our street. I have tried to find out why for the past year and cannot get an answer. Does anyone know someone I can contact to find out why? Thank you!

Welcome to the forums. You're talking to other customers here.
FiOS service areas do end somewhere. If you happen to be just outside the service area, there is little or nothing that can be done to get Verizon to extend service.
Good Luck.

Typically fios covers a "town" based upon agreements with said town. If your neibours are in the same municipality as you then the fios coverage should also apply to you. You would need to talk to customer/fios support to determine where the coverage is for your address.

I don't think It's fair that just because you can't run a wire across the street that certain people can't get better service. Yet we pay more and can't recieve certain benifits for not getting it. We should get some kind of restitution. It's not that we choose not to recieve it. It's that your Company chooses not to allow us to.you'll just change the name of a package and charge more and we recieve less. and what's with the sports tax if you dont whatch sports Next month will there be a porn tax?
