My understanding is Verizon offers Wi Fi spots for residential FIOS subscriber to enjoy on the go.. Vz in home tells me that I qualify for Wi Fi spot and must register first, which include downloading software into my PC. Every time I've tried to register to download software into PC the down load does work..., cannot see progress,... Cannot download icon.... Tried from account management of no help....I spoke to support few times, they shift me from one department to the next.. Vz in home is no help at all. any advise
try a different browser, sometimes browsers don't play nice with vz website and vice versa.
I use google chrome and just about everything works, but sometimes I have to switch to IE to get some things done.
