I know you despise we customers who insist on retaining their copper phone connections.

I've contacted NY and got referred back to a local representative who merely reiterated what I was complaining to NY about, the fact that I cannot get my internet speed increased, here, without dropping the phone from the bundle unless I settle for FIOS phone and its scant  8 hour (max) battery backup...

In other words they want to gouge me on both phone and internet if I want a higher internet speed because I insist on keeping my copper line.
