Help- Port Forwarding with an Outdated Verizon Router Mainframe

Hello, I'm trying to port forward so I can get off of LogMeIn Hamachi. I'm having issues, even my friends who've done it before can't help.

Here's a series of pictures, and what I see directly. Can you please guide me on how to do this? What do I choose, where would I put my IP, my 25565 port, etc.?

What are you trying to do?

Is this a service so you or someone else can log into your computer remotely?   If yes than you will also have to set up and use a DynamicDNS provider so that your private IP is always reachable from the Internet since FIOS and most other ISPs give you a public IP subject to change.

Are you trying to open a minecraft server on your network?

or

Are you trying to allow remote access to asome machines on your network.

Think I'd start by cleaning up some of those many port forwarding rules you have.  All the Skype rules are supeflous and can be deleted.  I use bittorrent too and have no need to open ports for that either.  Typically all the multiple rules you have for a single machine can be consolidated into one rule with multiple port entries.
