Hi again. Verizon community. I'm having another problem, this time with verizon Fios internet service.
http://www.pingtest.net/result/70759870.png
I'm getting horrible latency past the second hop. 2.1kms in latency is unacceptable, frankly.
Before I contact Verizon Tech support and stress myself out attempting to convey this issue to them, is there anything that I can do on my end to remedy the problem?
Here's a tracert.

The only thing I would try to do is reboot the ONT, I am not sure it will make any difference, but that is not a LAN problem, that is definetely a Wide area network problem at the First Gateway router on the VZ network.
if that doesn't help then reach out to VZ either through the live chat or by calling.
