Last night I accidentially left my router off since it was unplugged, now when I went onto the internet to sites I usually visit, I can not enter, and I noticed my IP is changed, and it has never changed since years. How can I revert back to my old IP, as I was an adminstrator on several sites with certain permissions on that IP address.

You won't be able to unless you leave your router off for a few hours and power it back on. The IPs are dynamically assigned, and someone else could very well have it. It's a luck of the draw.
The best way to handle such a situation is to handle access not by IP address, but by encryption keys and passphrases that are hard to brute force. If your IP must remain the same, consider getting FiOS Small Business service with a Static IP.

A cheaper solution that a FIOS business account with static IP is to get a DynDNS account.
That will only work however, if the sites where you are an admin can assign permissions by DNS name rather than IP address.
