IPv6 race; Time Warner or Fios?

So now that Comcast is purchasing Time Warner Cable, anyone want to put a wager on who gets it completely rolled out faster? I'd put my money on TW considering Comcast has it nearly everywhere and TW already has it in a few cities, so this should only increase the speed of the roll out. Verizon may figure it out in the next four or five years, if we're lucky.

My guess FIOS. These integration often stall any changes that the bought company was working on. So TW rollout may well stop for awhile.

Time Warner already has IPv6 deployed to customers in a handful of areas with DOCSIS 3 modems and some capable DOCSIS 2 modems. So in retrospective they have won already. My area is one of those areas.
