Intermittent service (goes out randomly for 5 secs)

Hello,

I have been having problems lately with my interntent randomly going out for 5 - 10 secs at a time, kicking me out of anything I would be doing (games, remote desktop).

I have tried powercycleing the router and the ONT.

After doing this the problem still persisted, so I went and talked to online customer service which insisted it was a router problem, and they would quickly send me a new one. So I waited for the new router to come in and installed it upon arrival. But alas, the problem is still here.

I have tried searching the internet for any solutions, and have come up empty handed.

If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.

Can you post up your modem logs from the "All" category and provide us the link to the paste? Long logs need to be pasted to www.pastebin.com because this forum will eat them otherwise.
