Been on hold with VZ for over an hour. My Internet is out and I can't get thru to anyone at VZ. You know your customer service is horrible when people are trying to reach you via a forum post. Likely a result of your unionized workforce. VZ, please fix this at once.

Get another company internet line as backup, because from my experience, you will be like that for a couple of month.
