i CANNOT OPEN VERIZON UNLESS I SHUT OFF KASPERSKY ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM FIRST. USING MOZILLA FIREFOX TO CONNECT TO INTERNET.AKSO GETTING A MESSAGE FIREFOX WILL ALLOW RE-REDIRECT TO ANOTHER PAGE WITHOUT ALLOWING EACH TIME.
is it just verizon webpage you can't open, or ANY internet page.
if kaspersky is blocking ALL internet pages, then you have to go into it's program exception list, and then try to find internet explorer, or firefox or chrome, and set it to FULL access, or ALLOW all.
