Looking for a New Provider

Since Verizon obviously no longer cares if I subscribe to their services. I am trying to determine the best way to totally replace them, phone,TV and internet. I am tired of their TERRIBLE customer service. On the forum they might offer to help but there will be no help forthcoming. Chats are useless. On the phone it could take hours to get to a human and even then you have to go through seemingly endless menus to get anywhere which usually leads to nowhere. And then have the audacity to complain and the big v will censor or strike your post. Yeah I'm sure you'll be fair with Net Neutrality. So how to replace verizon? Should I just drop the landline? Hulu? Need help please. Get an antennae?

You might want to try some other forums, such as dslreports.  The active posters here are Verizon customers like me who are generally satisfied with Verizon.

In my area, like most places were FiOS is installed, FiOS co-exists with a local cable carrier. These are the only two options for internet.  My local cable company isn't any better than Verizon and the internet service is a lot slower.  I'm usually able to get what I need from Verizon support with polite and firm requests along with sometimes needing to be very patient.

If your purpose in posting here is to try and get a response from Verizon, you won't.  If you want help with your Verizon issues from other users, you'll need to provide actual details.  If you want to learn about non-Verizon services, you'll need to visit other forums.  If all you want to do is vent, consider that done.

Good Luck.

How to totally replace Verizon:

Call Customer Service and cancel your service.  No other way.

Contact competing companies in your area and order service.

I noticed you are unhappy with customer service.  But have not asked for help here on any specific problem. Other than "how to replace" and complaint about the lack of a clock display.  If you are having specific issues, maybe someone could help. IF you asked.

Hmm.. you mentioned poor customer service.  Other than that, are the issues resolved and how are the services? reliable or no.  If not then definitely look for another provider.  I hope you aren't in Verizon DSL area.
