If you are talking about the Wireless on your router and did not change the original configuration of the router there should be a sticker on the router with the WEP passkey.
If you are talking about the wifi hotspot password you can reset the password by going to
http://my.verizon.com and signon (upper right hand corner)
Select My Verizon Services and then Internet (do not select any of the sub titles)
There will be a section called wi-fi and you can click Manage my Wifi
It will display your username and then there will be an option to change wifi password.

Which one? The router or remote hotspots?
If the router, login it it at http://192.168.1.1 and reset it to what you want.
If the remote wifi client, guess you'll have to call customers support to get it reset.

Wireless, varies somewhat by OS, but in general: open the connection wizard, locate the SSID of your network (found on the service tag on your router), click on CONNECT, set the encryption type to WEP and enter the WEP key (also found on the service tag on the router).
