System status-green
Power-green
Battery-green
Fail-off
Video-off
Network-green
OMI-green
POTS-off
MoCA-off
Ethernet-green
Earlier, it was just power green, MoCA orange, Ethernet green, everything else off. This has become a very aggravating issue considering we pay ~400/mo for service. Can anyone please tell me what the problem is? Don't tell me to reboot or other things, I just want to know if it is a fibre cable issue or what.

ISSUE RESOLVED:
For anyone who has this issue, it is the ONT. Our ONT was rebooting itself every 30 seconds for no reason. Also, it was drawing power from AC and from the battery, so it was confused as to which to use. We disconnected the battery and got a whole new ONT. He has an external power supply feeding it now, and everything is working ship shape. This was a very strange issue and nobody at Verizon could figure out what was going on. Our very helpful technician stayed for 2.5 hours until it was resolved, and no issues since. Thank you all for your suggestions as to what the problem was, but it was a deep problem that not even the Tech Support could find or fix from an office.

Doubt it's a fibre cable issue as you stated that verizon have rebooted the ont several times which means that they can communicate with the ont. From that it would sound like either the coax connection between the ont and router is no good or the router is duff. Try connecting the router to the ont leaving out the presumable splitter you have between the router and the ont. If the moca light comes up then it's the splitter. If it the moca light still doesn't go gree then connect a different coax cable between the ont and the router. If it still doesn't come up then it sounds like the router is bad.

If it's truly over 20 times that they reboot the ONT, and that fixes it every time, then you might need someone to come by. Could be a bad ONT or bad Coax connection. The MOCA light loosely refers to your coax cable, so it could be wiring related.
How often do you do this?

It is either a coax cabling issue or a problem on Verizon's end. The way to determine if it is the cable is to take the router to the ONT and hook it up directly to the coax with nothing else attached. If it turns green the problem is in the house. If it doesn't then the issue is on Verizon's end. Otherwise you have a bad router.
