Multiple IP Addresses

I have been gaming with my son on FIOS for almost 4 years. Every game we have ever played (i.e. Call of Duty, Battlefield 3, Day of Defeat, etc) all have let us both play from 2 or even 3 pc's on my home network. All accounts are unique and all copies of software are as well.

Since the release of BF4 (the beta worked fine) we have not been able to play reliably on the same server from 2 pc's here at home. EA Games says that I need 2 seperate IP addresses to play together, or that BF4 is such a large game FIOS cant handle it. I have the 150/75 and have no issues playing individually, and sometimes be can both play.

I have googled and tried all of the suggestions but have exhausted them all. Anyone dealt with a similar problem
?

I assume EA is referring to separate WAN IP addresses, since your PCs would have separate LAN IP addresses.

If that's the case, that's a limitation of EA's servers that they can't handle multiple PCs behind the same NATed router connecting to the same EA server.

What is the exact brand, model and hardware version of your router?

For example Actiontec, MI-424-WI Rev D.
