Hello all. I have a domain and lots of email addresses with that domain. It is{edited for privacy}

For some reason, my phone, and all of my friends across the United States including someone just down the street from me a mile away can load this website and access my mail. Even my telephone can (not wifi). I however, cannot. None of the computers, Mac or PC, in my house, will load them. Wireless or ethernet. I've tried resetting the modem a bunch of times.

The server is hosted by theplanet.com through a reseller (whom I am personal friends with and has been trying to help me with this).

What is it about my HOUSE that won't load my own server?! Has FIOS blocked me? I've heard from a few people it may be a DNS issue... I've tried following instructions at opendns.com but nothing helped. I can't get a hold of FIOS technical support for the life of me... I refuse to use the automated service. My issue is too specific for that to help me, plus I am not new at networking. I am 25 years old and have been working with networking and computers for 10 years.

Can ANYONE help me? Or can anyone help me get a hold of FIOS tech support? All of the numbers are routing me to phone support for some reason. Thanks!!

I wish that the domain wasn't edited out of my post. I wanted to include in there so I could get help diagnosing the issue. Oh well.

More than likely... the web host is inadvertantly blocking the IP you have....

 in most cases, this will be because of an out of date BOGON filter

have your buddy that is hosting the site, check and update the BOGON filter or contact the hoster to check and update it

Verizon is not blocking any sites or domains or content on the net....

Verizon is your doorway to the internet...... and the door is open

Haven't gotten a hold of my ISP administrator yet to mess with his settings, but I did try white listing the IPs at verizon.net/whitelist

They replied and said the IPs weren't even blocked.

Take a screen print of the domain name/web page and paste it to paint and save as a jpg then attach it to the response.

Sounds like a dns issue on the dhcp server on the router.

Did you try tracerting the web site to see where it fails?
