Need Router Info Shortcuts

Hope someone here can help. 

WHen I go FIOS installed the tech was kind enough to add a couple of shortcuts to my desktop that when clicked displayed my routers detail info.

Looks like I accidentally delete the 2 links (not in trash either).

If anyone knows what I'm referring to can you please post or PM me the info.
