We had an issue with internet connectivity last night, and Verizon scheduled someone to come out on Friday. {edited for privacy} I've since solved the problem, and want to cancel the ticket, but the "cancel" button is grayed out on the residential page. I don't want to call and sit on the line for 30 minutes just to cancel the request -- is there some other way to cancel?
