Just checking to see if anyone else is experiencing issues. You can still get to the internet, just some sites are affected. Opened support ticket today with a resolution time of 48 hours. I've got no faith that their "network engineers" will solve the issue. I explained the fact that the trace route drops out on the 5th hop and it's been doing it for 2 days but the support rep treated me like I was speaking a different language.
