Hopefully someone here can help. For the past couple of weeks I have been unable to access the verizon website from my home computer. I can access all other websites except Verizon. I have windows 7. Has anyobody else had this problem? What's the fix?

Are you getting SSL errors from your browser? What's the browser in use anyhow?

Always a good time to flush browser cache when you see problems connecting to Verizon's website.

I've tried accessing through internet explorer, firefox and google chrome. Nothing works.

I've flushed the cache numerous time and nothing worked. When I called verizon the response was "there's nothing we can do to help you."

What anti-virus / firewall program are you using?

Firefox says that it can't connect to the website and IE sends my to the yahoo search page. I have McAfee.

You might also try temporarily/briefly disabling McAfee.
