Tonight starting around 9 PM EST the internet has been going in and out for the past 15 minutes. It was completely out from 9pm to 9:10 and came back, then went out again briefly. Neighbors also went out (I have access to their wifi), so it's not just us.
Yeah, I called and it said expected wait time was greater than 40 minutes. So I hung up. It hasn't gone out since.
